Start getting paid for parking space you don't use.
Step 1: Creating your profile
Create a PayParking user account by verifying your email address or through your existing Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Log in to update your profile to let others know who you are. Add a profile image to build trust.
Step 2: Registering a payments account
We partner with Stripe to verify your identity and banking institution and secure transactional and financial services, including payment distributions to your bank and parking reservation payments made by your customers.
Step 3: Creating your first listing
Once your bank verification has been approved you'll be able to register your first property. Go to the Admin, and click Create listing to begin. You'll be able to add photos, amenities, and permissions once ownership of the property listing has been verified. This typically takes only 24-48 hours.
Step 4: Adding photos and amenities
You'll receive an email notification when your property verification has been completed. Next, go to the Admin, and new tabs are available including the ability to add photos, amenities, and more.
Step 5: Inviting your team
Go to the Admin, and click the Permissions tab to add Guests, Employees, and Admin permission roles. They'll receive an invitation to join your team.
Step 6: Updating a listing
Change blackout dates or general hours of operations and all other settings for your listings in seconds. Go to the Admin, and click Manage for the listing you want to make changes. Changes go into effect instantly.
Step 7: Pausing service or deleting a listing
Go to the Admin, and click Manage for the listing you want to make changes. Choose Pause or Delete to deactivate service temporarily or to stop service permanently.
